Elaboration of TiO2 Ultrafiltration Membrane Deposited on Moroccan Sahara Clay

چکیده

In this work, the porous ceramic multilayer ultrafiltration membrane is developed. Macroporous support was formed by extrusion of paste derived from natural Moroccan Sahara Clay. The microporous interlayer then performed slip casting zirconia commercial powders and finally active toplayer obtained solgel route using TiO 2 sol. performance evaluated pores diameter, thickness top layer, water flux, molecular weight cut off (MWCO). permeability measured for composite 9.051 l/(m ·h·bar), around 900nm, pore diameter centered near 7nm MWCO about 5000Da.
